+ ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, we have full liability insurance for all of our products. You can view our insurance policy at our Insurance Page.

+ WHICH CITIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester County. For a full list of all cities we deliver to, please view our Delivery Page. If your event is outside our delivery area you can still give us a call at (609) 850 9391 to see if we will be able to deliver.

+ IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?

We deliver for free within a 30 mile radius of Collingswood, NJ. Delivery fees ($4/per additional mile) will be charged to areas more than 30 miles outside of Collingswood, NJ. If your event is outside of our service area on a Saturday or Sunday, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate. Please contact us to be sure we can accommodate areas outside of our typical service area.

+ DO I NEED TO PLACE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, a non-refundable rental deposit is required. When reserving online, a $50 rental deposit will be required. When reserving over the phone, your credit card info will be required to make a reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery with a credit card or cash.

+ HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE?

We recommend you reserve about 1-2 weeks in advance. Since we have a limited number of products you should reserve as early as possible to ensure availability. For park orders it is required to reserve at least 3 days before the event date for insurance processing.

+ DO YOU DELIVER AND SET UP THE INFLATABLES?

Yes, we handle the delivery, setup, and pickup for all inflatables. We will coordinate with you for the delivery and pickup times so the products are set up before your event starts and picked up after your event finishes.

+ HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL FOR?

Our inflatable rentals are dropped off between 8am-noon and picked up between 5pm-8pm. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, however, any pick up time past 8pm will be considered an “overnight” rental for an additional fee of $75.

+ WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You may cancel your reservation for any reason up to the day of the event.

+ WHAT ARE YOUR SETUP REQUIREMENTS?

Please view our setup requirements here. It is the renters responsibility to ensure the desired area is safe and permissible BEFORE booking our services. If we determine that the desired set up area is not safe or permissible upon arrival, Party Hats Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund.

+ WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

You can cancel the same day as delivery without any cancellation fee. However, you must contact and cancel before 9AM on the day of the event through phone or email. If you cancel the order, it will be canceled for the rest of the rental period with no guarantee that we can deliver if weather conditions get better. If it does start to rain during the rental time, Party Hats Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the order due to safety concerns. A refund of the rental rate will be given for weather related cancellations. Rental deposits, however, are non-refundable but can be applied to a future event.

+ IS THE BLOWER INCLUDED?

Yes, the blowers used to pump the inflatables are included in the rental price.

+ IS A GENERATOR INCLUDED?

No a generator is not included but can be added on for an additional cost. Please ask us about adding a generator on when you book.

+ ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CLEAN?

Yes, all our products are fully disinfected and cleaned after every use.

+ HOW OLD ARE YOUR INFLATABLES

The oldest products we offer were made in 2019. We add new inventory each year and all of our units meet the latest safety features in the industry, regardless of age.

+ ARE YOUR INFLATABLES SAFE?

Yes. All our inflatables have safety rules near the entrance which must be followed by all users. Our inflatables also have all the latest safety features that are in the industry. Our manufacturer is a member of the S.I.O.T.O (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization) and has implemented all proper training methods.

+ DOES THE MOON BOUNCE NEED AN ATTENDANT?

Yes. All inflatables require supervision by a person(s) aged 18+. If you need an attendant, please let us know so that we can accommodate. Party Hats does not include attendants with rental prices but they can be added on for an additional fee.
